This form is intended to help us pull together all information needed to begin planning and implementing communications for your project. If we don’t have all of the key information, we may not be able to begin your project. Please provide all information requested below. If you are hosting an event, please make sure you’ve filled out the online event planning form.

Please allow 10 weeks lead time from receipt of complete materials — including high resolution images and text — to plan, design, and distribute print projects and three to eight weeks from receipt of complete materials for customized HTML email communications. Completion time may vary based upon the status of other projects. Less time is required for adding events and other information to websites and social media promotion.
