Cowles Auditorium provides an intimate feeling while accommodating a large group. The wall at the back of the stage doubles as a projection screen. A podium, microphone, and LCD projector are standard equipment.

Studio lighting, three-camera video recording, and two-way video conferencing are among the audiovisual capabilities and equipment are available at additional charge.

The stage area is 28′ x 8′. Cowles Auditorium accommodates up to 250 people.

Briand Morrison with guitar

Join the Friends of the Libraries for an afternoon of art and music with jazz guitarist Briand Morrison. Morrison is the son of nationally renowned Ojibwe artist George Morrison and artist Hazel Belvo. The event takes place Sunday, March 19. Doors open at 2 p.m. and the program begins at 2:30 p.m. A reception will follow the program. The event is free and open to all. Please register if you plan to attend.
