This session will help you form good practices as you prepare to submit your research to a journal and affiliated data to a repository. Attendees will learn how to make informed decisions about where to publish by learning how to select appropriate journals and how to advocate for yourself and your research throughout the publication process.

If you've ever wanted to learn about audio recording or podcasts, this is the workshop for you!

Come learn about the different types of audio equipment you can use to record (including ones for free checkout at the UMN libraries!) as well as methods for planning, preparing for, and editing your recordings. Staff will be on hand to answer questions, do small demos, and provide you with resources to use as you embark on your audio adventure.
