May 14 through September 7, 2018

From Winona to Luverne, from Moorhead to Duluth, writers in Minnesota are inextricably connected. This exhibit will explore the reciprocal and often intimate relationships among writers and the role of editors and publishers in anchoring and supporting a literary community. Through manuscripts, journals, correspondence, and other ephemera, this exhibit will also document the relationships among poets of a particular place and time, revealing Minnesota’s unique literary legacy.
