Introduction to Citation Managers (e.g. Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote etc.)
Learn why you should use a citation manager to organize your PDFs and create bibliographies and in-text citations. This workshop will look at common citation managers: Mendeley, EndNote and Zotero.

Introduction to MendeleyVertical_Full_Colour
Mendeley can automatically locate, rename, and organize your citations and PDFs then automatically create in-text citations and the bibliography. This hands-on class will cover how to use Mendeley to organize, read PDFs and more.

Introduction to Zoterozotero_logo_small 2
Zotero is a research tool that collects all your research in a single, searchable interface. You can add PDFs, images, audio and video files, snapshots of web pages, and more. Zotero automatically indexes the full-text content of your library, enabling you to find exactly what you’re looking for with just a few keystrokes. You can also use Zotero to easily create citations and bibliographies in a variety of different styles.

Introduction to EndNote and EndNote Web
Learn to import citations, customize your account, and format your bibliographies and in-text citations. We’ll also discuss using EndNote in conjunction with EndNoteWeb, a Web-based version of EndNote available for free to current University of Minnesota students, faculty, and staff.
