About Dr. Wiley
David Wiley is Associate Professor of Instructional Psychology and Technology at Brigham Young University, where he leads the Access to Knowledge Initiative in the David O. McKay School of Education’s Center for the Improvement of Teacher Education and Schooling.
Dr. Wiley is a Shuttleworth Fellow, working to lower the cost and improve the quality of education. He is currently on leave from Brigham Young University and leading Lumen Learning, an organization dedicated to supporting and improving the adoption of open educational resources by middle schools, high schools, community and state colleges, and universities.
