0679_001Exploring the human past through a scientific lens is a practice that began in the early modern period. In this exhibition, images from the collection of the James Ford Bell Library and the archives of the University’s Department of Anthropology document both the growth of this scientific interest and the history of anthropology as an academic discipline at the U of M.
